Any work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payments must follow the invoice schedule outlined in your agreement.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to apply late fees or withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property

Weblynx Co. retains ownership of all project assets until full payment is made.
Upon payment, intellectual property rights for deliverables (excluding third-party licenses) are transferred to the client.
Unless agreed otherwise, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services legally and ethically.
Provide timely feedback, approvals, and relevant content.
Not replicate, distribute, or misuse any part of our services without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Weblynx Co. is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service delays or interruptions caused by third-party tools or external factors.
Losses resulting from outdated content or misuse of services.

Termination

We may terminate services in cases of:

Violation of these Terms.
Non-payment or failure to follow project instructions.
Unprofessional or abusive behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
